Hello, I am moving to a new house and I'm still in the 12 month contract.

I checked with the Sonic availability checker, and the new address seems to not be able to receive service at this time.

It is my understanding that this falls under the "Exception" part of the contract for the early termination fee:
Exception: If you are moving to an area that Sonic does not cover after thirty (30) days of activation, physical Proof of Residency is required to refund the one hundred forty-nine dollars ($149) or remaining monthly charges, whichever is less.
My question is: What would constitute physical proof of residency, and how to proceed with providing said proof in order to receive the refund?

We normally ask for your first bill with your new ISP at the new address. We're pretty open about this though and anything proving that you are located at an unavailable address should work, though.
