Terrible speeds with WIFI router

I'm sorry you are getting slow speeds. Were they any different after you power cycled the router? Was that on the 2.4ghz network or the 5ghz? Have you been able to check with multiple devices? What do the speeds look like over ethernet?

upload speeds out doing our up load speeds. The Ethernet speeds seem fine. The router keeps resetting the name of my 5g channel.

If Ethernet is fine then it sounds like we have an issue with the wireless or the router itself if it keeps resetting your 5ghz network name. Can you factory reset the router and then check the wireless speeds on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz network? Could you also check with multiple devices?
