where do I send text for support?

I understand my plan is not including phone support. I can send email or text for support. What number should I send text? Thank you!

You can text our support team at (844)-721-0300 or send us an email to "support@sonic.net".
You can also upgrade your plan at any time to include support over the phone through your Sonic Member Tools at "members.sonic.net" under "Internet Connections" > "Upgrade/Downgrade Service.
