Does sonic inform the landlord who ordered an installation?

Im someone whos a bit awkward talking to people who are "higher up" than me about matters like this... i dont want sonic to say "hay this person wants to order fiber, you cool with that?" and then be asked questions by the landlord. i just want to be able to have good internet with no fuss... also will they explain the benifits of adding fiber to our complex?

When a customer signs up for service at a building with multiple units, we do not reach out to the landlord about the order. During the installation, if a landlord confronts our installer requesting more information, we have a team who can contact them and explain the installation process. This allows us to work directly with the landlord so our customers don't have to worry about it.
