Hey, so the Graymail (Trapped Spam) page on the website (where you go when you click on a mistaken spam from the list sent daily to us in email) has not been right for the last week or so (not sure how long as sometimes I don't access it for a long time, if there's nothing to whitelist...I mean "welcomelist").

The left side of the spreadsheet with the emails marked as spam is:
Previous Page
Subject — From

The middle header is a list of the pages (1 2 3).

The right side of the spreadsheet is:
Next Page
Date — Score — Size — Radio Buttons
(the radio buttons are for delete, deliver to inbox, deliver to inbox and Welcomelist)

You might think this is the same as it's been for a while, and that is true. The difference is there is now huge amounts of whitespace between left/middle and middle/right. On my 24" monitor, that whitespace is about 15 inches wide. Twice. As you can imagine, it makes it very difficult to know if you're whitelisting/delivering the email you think you are.

This should be an easy fix and was probably caused by a goof when tweaking formatting parameters (maybe it works on other devices, I don't know; it certainly does not work anymore on my Mac).

Thanks!

Thank you for making us aware of this. If you could take a screenshot of what the page looks like and send this to support@sonic.com so we can review this. As well if you could mention what type of device you are using when seeing this issue (You mentioned a Mac if you could just include what type and what software version).

Thank you. I just sent the email you requested.

I am on a MacBook Pro running Catalina and I use the latest version of Chrome.

Hi @tivkah,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It appears that some very long "From" addresses in some of the spam messages in Graymail caused the table to overflow off the screen. We've put in a fix that should bring this back to normal.

Please let us know if you're still unable to view the full message list or have any formatting issues now.

Looks back to normal now, thanks! It's a small thing but it makes dealing with false positive spams just a bit easier.

Thank you for confirming the fix!

In a pinch, you can also manage Graymail by logging in to https://webmail.sonic.net/ and selecting Graymail from the folder list on the left. Graymail messages also appear there and can be deleted or moved to another folder. The welcomelist and deliver or blocklist functions are not available in webmail though.

Thanks but my sole purpose in viewing graymail is to whitelist and/or deliver misguided messages.
