I noticed every now and then that a site won't load when connected to Sonic, but it works fine using for example Verizon wireless. It seems like some Sonic IPs are in some block list. I saw a recent post on the same issue: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=17327

What's the best way to report for Sonic to request to be removed from the block list? Are maybe some Sonic IPs in one or more public block lists?

The best way to go about addressing this would be to get the information you are seeing to our support team by emailing support@sonic.com or by calling (707)-547-3400 between 8am and 10pm PST 7 days a week. Sonic may not be able to remove the IP address block, but our support team can investigate this for you.

It may also be worthwhile opening a trouble ticket with the sites that are blocking the Sonic IP and requesting they remove the IP from the block list as mentioned in the URL you linked.
