When gmail bounces (probably not a Sonic issue)

That may line up with what we're seeing here. Not all emails failing SPF are being rejected by Gmail, but a small percentage is. Message content and other factors may affect whether a message failing SPF is rejected or not.

It looks like mail.sonic.net is being used to send for your well.com address which may affect mail delivery beyond Gmail. If that is indeed the case, fixing that would be a good idea because Sonic is not authorized to send for them and this could be affecting mail delivery to providers other than Gmail.

Feel free to shoot a message to support@sonic.net from this account to test if you'd like us to look at the headers and confirm whether or not this is happening.

Got a fresh bounce overnight, I've forwarded it to Support to your attention.

Should I also send this to helpdesk@well.com?

Meanwhile I'll make sure my Well account has the Well's outgoing server specified.
