How to test if internet connection is down?

My fiber router box has solid green light and is not flashing as normally. I all my devices report no internet connection. I restarted all devices including the fiber glass router. How can I find out if the service has problems or the problem is within my home network?

I appreciate you posting on here so we can help get to the bottom of these issues. I apologize that you are experiencing what sounds like intermittent sync to your devices. I was hoping that I could set up a callback from one of our technicians for you today so they can do some troubleshooting with you over the phone and get to the bottom of these issues.
