Email images that don't automatically load are usually a result of that specific email client needing permission to "always display" the images from that specific email contact. There should be two options on the top of the email (this may very depending on which client you use ie: Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail etc) one will say "show images" and the other option should be "always show images from this recipient" (if you trust that contact).
