Announced Hold Time Average and Call-back Option on the Support Phone Queue

The last 2 times I've called the Internet support line, the announced hold time average isn't working (repeatedly states 2 minute wait; I was in queue for over 10 minutes) and pressing "1" during the callback option announcement doesn't invoke the callback function, so you remain on hold in the queue.
Is this a known issue and if so, is there an ETA for resolution?
