I will go abroad from August 9th, so I have to cancel the internet from August 8th.
I sent email 3 days ago, but there is no reply.
So I appreciate it very much if someone could tell me how to cancel.

Unfortunately our ticket system for email support is a little backed up and we're seeing a bit of a delay on getting back to people. I would recommend calling our support team at 855-394-0100 anytime between 8am and 10pm 7 days a week. Otherwise if you DM me your number I'll be able to get an outbound setup from our side.
