Why it it that addresses a member has Blacklisted because they are obviously Spam not automatically blocked/discarded from that point on? I know there's a global setting that will discard anything with a Blacklisted Subject word or Address but that's not ideal. It just seems stupid for known Spam to still make it to Graymail once a user has Blacklisted it. Am I obtuse in thinking this?

Guess this is just another issue that Sonic doesn't care to address...
Maybe some people asked that they have the ability to review the mail before it's discarded?
At this time Graymail will contain any e-mail that was marked as spam or phishing. The ability to bypass Graymail and completely remove the flagged e-mail immediately may cause wanted e-mail that were marked wrong to be lost. I am sorry if its causing you inconveniences.
