Spamcop's link to check submitted suspect spam has failed to connect for the past couple of days. That means attempts to report problems to Spamcop support also fails.

Has anyone got an idea how to improve this?

I find about a third of my spam doesn't get caught by Sonic but gets through to Inbox, so I usually have something to report every time I check email.

You can improve the effectiveness of our emails spam filter(spamassassin) by decreasing the number of required hits to mark something as spam. This can be edited in your membertools, here is a link to that page https://members.sonic.net/email/spam/spamassassin/. Please keep in mind that a lower number will tag more mail as spam which will also increase the chances of false positives.

Can you provide more information about the spamcop link that is not working. Where is this link located? What happens when you click on it? I would be happy to look into it for you.

Spamcop had some problem for a couple of days getting submitted email, but it's been fixed and is working normally now.
