Latency Issues from Sonic side and no customer support?

Hello,

I am experiencing massive latency issues, and when I talked to my companies IT (I am working from home) they had me perform a trace test and found that the data is being transferred very slow from sonic after it leaves my home. What is going on?

I tried contacting customer support, but I have nearly waited over an hour and no one picked up.

This latency issue is seriously affecting my ability to work.

Are you experiencing the high latency on both hard wired and wireless connections? Would it be possible to DM me your username or contact number? I can take a look at things from my side.
