I am experiencing massive latency issues, and when I talked to my companies IT (I am working from home) they had me perform a trace test and found that the data is being transferred very slow from sonic after it leaves my home. What is going on?
I tried contacting customer support, but I have nearly waited over an hour and no one picked up.
This latency issue is seriously affecting my ability to work.
