Told I must pay UPS pick-up fee, to send back malfunctioning beacons. WTF?

1: Loyal customer here
2: Eeros malfunction
3: I receive return label
4: I then discover I am supposed to pay $11 for the return, if I want package picked up
5: We are in a PANDEMIC, and have SHELTER IN PLACE AND STAY AT HOME ORDERS
6: My local UPS spot is CLOSED

So, let me get this straight. YOUR equipment fails, and I have to pay to get it picked up, instead of dropping it off, in THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC?

Are you crazy?

I doubt SHOUTING will help your case here.
Usually asking nicely brings better results.

UPS store near me has limited hours : 11am to 1pm for dropoffs.
