25-30% of Gigabit speeds right now 4/11/2020

Terrible speed today. 270 megabits down, 333 up. HORRIBLE buffer bloat, over 253ms up per Broadband Reports fiber test. This is an avg of 10 test to multiple different servers. What's going on, Sonic? LOL, stuck at home and my favorite games are getting unplayable due to lagging. Not used to such bad performance from my gigabit fiber to the house.

Sorry to hear you are having connection issues. I looked over your Fiber connection and light levels are looking good. You should be getting the full gigabit speeds up to your ONT.

If it is possible to test speeds by hard wiring a computer to the ONT it will help isolate the connection issues.

At this point we will want to power cycle both your router and the ONT then test speeds again. Also please let us know if you are testing speeds over wireless or a wired connection. Wireless interference can cause these slow speeds and power cycling equipment should resolve those problems.
