Hello, I was laid off this week just as we were getting our new sonic internet set up. Today I received a notice from Petaluma city schools that Sonic is offering free internet and am hoping we can take advantage of that generous offer for distance learning for my two kids. Thanks for your consideration.

I'm sorry to hear about you getting laid off. Unfortunately the specific type of service you've ordered from us isn't included in the three months free promo. However you can request a payment deferment for up to 60 days, just reach out to our billing team to get that started.
