Speeds

My speeds have been down dramatically. Wondering if there are ANY updates to our neighborhood? I love Sonic but the price I pay for what i get is not working. Nearly $100 for 12mbs? There MUST be something you can do.
Please reply ASAP

Looking over your connection there does not appear to be to much we can do to improve speeds. I know this is not the answer you were hoping to hear but the connection is physically at its limit. The only issue we see is CRC errors on the modem that can be cleared out if the modem is powered off then back on.

At your location, the X2 two-line bonded service is connected at 16Mbps/2Mbps, and unfortunately, as noted by David, that's all that is possible there. And we are currently blocked from deploying our own fiber in that location, due to SF public works policies that disallow new utilities from using trenchless construction to build fiber. You could contact your supervisor and express your interest in faster competitive broadband, I think that's good for them to hear from constituents.
