how do I use SONIC VPN?

I followed the steps @ https://help.sonic.com/hc/en-us/article ... PN-Service to login and download openvpn-connect-3.1.0.361_signed.msi to install the VPN client. when I launch OpenVPN and entered my username & password as the page guided, it gives me he following error msg. how do I get VPN to work?

there was an error attempting to ....: Ovpnagent : request error

think I figured out the problem


openvpn-connect-3.1.0.361 from the portal doesn't work
downloaded the older version 2.7 and it worked without problem
