Using Sonic's default webmail service:
I just found an email that I have set to automatically land in my "subscriptions" folder, in "graymail." Other emails from that address have previously all been moved to subscription. So I moved it from graymail to "inbox"...and "inbox" number increased by one. Then I clicked on "inbox" and the email wasn't there (and the increase by one had decreased by one)! I checked "trash" and found it there.
I'm wondering now if a glitch made another email disappear. I have a separate folder named after a friend who emails me a few times a month. His latest email had been moved to that folder. I looked at it briefly, than closed it, planning to reply later. Well, two days later I went to that folder, and nothing was there! I looked in "trash" and no luck.
