access denied on finishline.com

Anyone having problem access to finishline.com at home with sonic internet service? Looks like they blocked the ip address from sonic. I always got access denied, You don’t have permission to access their server.

I checked from my work computer and it works.

I checked from our office connection and it goes through on my side. Are you still experiencing the issue? If so would it be possible to set your DNS to googles (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and see if it goes through after that?

problem still exists. change which DNS? the browser? or the router?

Doesn’t seem to be a DNS issue, nor any issue with the Sonic network, and is more likely a web server configuration problem on their side. Maybe call them at +1-888-777-3949, or email? They have Twitter support too, @finishlinehelp

I had a chance to speak with someone on our systems team about this. He believes the host company akamai is blocking a range of our fusion IP addresses and not all of them. Explaining why it works for some and not for others. This link: https://community.akamai.com/customers/ ... uage=en_US was provided and has some more information about why it may be happening. The best way to go about resolving this would be as Dane said and contact finishline to ask them to make the change on their end.
