Also, DIRECTV likes to setup the order prior to a site check. It's just more efficient. If they can't get a good line of site when they come out for the install, there is no obligation, the order is canceled, and any money paid is refunded.

I order via 1800-phone-# on Oct 23 2012, my first set of equipment been send to Louisiana, my second order of equipment was send to San Francisco, Finally on a third trial it was delivered to Santa Rosa "Amen too that"(I'm not sure how company hasn't closed it's doors by sending equipment unaccounted for to everybody exempt intended recipient, I only hope that they gain two more costumers who's ever there be on a receiving end of my equipment, since on a tracking number it stated it's been delivered)
Installer just now left saying it's going to take another 3 days for misplaced part to arrive
I'll see how it's going to fly in a next 3 days or so......
I hate to sound negative but so far it's been interesting ride, which made me thinking that there isn't any QC in place
