Change package

I signed up for Directv in sept 2013, price will increase after a year, I want to downgrade to select package in sept 2014. I don't know if that effect the discount i get from Directv & Sonic? ( Total $10.00 each month for 24 month).

You'll need Choice or above in order to not loose the $10 bundling credit. The discount isn't available on Select or Entertainment for new customers, however I would suggest contacting DIRECTV to know for sure if it will fall off with a change in service type.
