That’s be incorrect IP location identification by Amazon Prime. You’d need to contact their support to tell them to fix that.
Recently we saw this occur with both Netflix and HBO, and it took weeks before they got their IP blocking list updated. Certainly was frustrating for their customers.
To be clear, this is not blocking that Sonic has any control over or something that we could resolve for you. As a customer of the video service, their support will need to get their blocking fixed.
