Voicemail Messages Cut Short, Cut Off, Goes silent

Hi,
When I check my voicemails, I notice every now and then a message get's cut short or goes silent.
It's random, but becoming more common.
The person will be leaving a message, and ten seconds into the message it goes silent, letting the message time run on for a bit before ending and voicemail options kicking in. It's not like they talked to long and the machine cut them off.
I thought it was the user, muffling their phone call, but it's starting to happen more often, in the exact same way.
Twice or three times a week now.
I'm running a business, so I need to have a clean contact system.
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

The next time you have a voicemail get cut off please call into our support team at 855-394-0100 and we can look into what's going on. We're available 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. We normally have about 48hours to look into the call before the data is deleted so please let us know as soon as possible.
