Today I've received 6 calls from my own phone number from Microsoft informing me my IP address has been compromised in several countries. Will putting your own number in the caller reject list break anything ? I'll take my chances with my compromised IP address.

It shouldn't break anything but if you tried calling your number to get voicemail, for example, it might not let you if you ever use that option.
