Fusion Voice service, features and help.
I am not able to record an outgoing message because I get an error message that the microphone that is working with my desktop computer is not detected by the Sonic software. Please show me how to remedy this problem.
You have to allow commportal.sonic.net access to the microphone.
When you click on record in commportal for the voicemail greeting a popup window will come up to allow an option that is available. If this pop up is not showing up for you I would suggest trying another browser.
