I have Fusion service through a reseller (Omsoft in Davis, CA). Is there a way for reseller customers to get access to the web management interface for voice options? There are some options that I can't manage (or can't figure out how to manage) via the phone interface.

No, at this time the only management available to wholesale customers is either through the phone IVR interfaces or through the management tools that we provide our partners directly. We're aware that this doesn't always leave end users of our resellers with the best set of tools or features and are committed to providing a portal for users like you to enable more advance voicemail features (like forwarding via email and notifications via SMS,) and to manage various call and data line setttings like caller-id blocking and call forwarding. I'm sorry that we don't have an ETA for this yet. What I can say is that the internal APIs that this portal will use are being worked on know for another project. Meanwhile, you'll need to talk to Omsoft directly.
