I have been trying to set up Sonic Mobile Communicator (SMC) on my iPhone. I have followed all instructions in Member Tools and have spent 50 mins with Sonic Tech support but they were unable to resolve the issue.
When logging into my account via the SMC app on the phone (using my 10-digit phone number), and password set (reset) in Member Tools, the following error message appears:
“Failed to retrieve configuration
Please try again. If the problem persists please contact your service provider.”
I have had the Sonic tech people reset the password at their end, tried several different password resets via the Member Tools, uninstall and re-install the app, to no avail
Can you help sort this out for me?
