Unable to set up Sonic Mobile Communicator

I have been trying to set up Sonic Mobile Communicator (SMC) on my iPhone. I have followed all instructions in Member Tools and have spent 50 mins with Sonic Tech support but they were unable to resolve the issue.

When logging into my account via the SMC app on the phone (using my 10-digit phone number), and password set (reset) in Member Tools, the following error message appears:

“Failed to retrieve configuration
Please try again. If the problem persists please contact your service provider.”

I have had the Sonic tech people reset the password at their end, tried several different password resets via the Member Tools, uninstall and re-install the app, to no avail :cry:

Can you help sort this out for me?

Replying to my own post..... I tried SMC again this morning (for the nth time!) and now it works. Not sure what change was made at Sonic end, but I'm good to go now :)

My problem is, I tried to follow the instructions on this page:

It says "navigate to Voice," but I see no such option.

While your order is being processed the features and functionality in Member Tools will be limited. Once your service is installed and activated the voice section of Member Tools will be available to you and you'll be able set up the Mobile Communicator.

Update: service installed yesterday...even though I'm not physically there (moving in two weeks), the phone number appears on my account now, was able to set up Mobile Communicator on my cellphone, no problem.
