When logging into my account via the SMC app on the phone (using my 10-digit phone number), and password set (reset) in Member Tools, the following error message appears:
“Failed to retrieve configuration
Please try again. If the problem persists please contact your service provider.”
I have had the Sonic tech people reset the password at their end, tried several different password resets via the Member Tools, uninstall and re-install the app, to no avail
Can you help sort this out for me?
