Block last call

How about a number we can dial to block the last caller based on Caller ID? We can do this on some cell phones, but we can't do it on landlines. It would allow us to get rid of repeat spam calls (and some of the numbers for the same area code and exchange are repeat extensions). It would also allow us to get rid of other harassing phone calls.
