Prevention of Cramming on Fusion telephone lines

Does Sonic.net prevent cramming in any way for the Fusion lines?

If you check the Fusion FAQ, no third-party charges are permitted. No collect calls, 900- or 976- calls, etc.

My spouse's business phone was crammed a few years ago. AT&T fought me about getting the charges reversed. A letter to CPUC, with CCs to the FCC and AT&T, did the trick.
