Can't reach 888 number from Sonic Fusion line, works fine from my cell

I'm trying to reach an Ikea help line at 1-888-888-4532. When I call from my Fusion line — and this has been true on at least a dozen occasions, on two different days — I get a recording saying "all circuits are busy; please try again later." If I call from my cell, though, it goes right through.

Is there any way to fix this so I can call from my Fusion line?

I just tried from my FTTN line, and I was connected. Perhaps it has been fixed?
