I too am having problem with the name not showing up on my caller ID. The number repeated twice is not a good thing. I still have an A.T.& T. number in my home, (which I was planning on moving to Sonic.net), that displays the proper caller ID, i.e. name AND number. Is this issue in the queue to be fixed???
Caller Name and Number seems to be working for the majority of Sonic.net Fusion users.
I'd recommend calling or writing Support and opening a ticket so your line can checked.
