I'm using Fusion FTTN for data and voice. I may need to call a number in France in the near future, and I'm not sure if the default option is to allow it. Would like to know now what steps (if any) I need to take to set that up, rather than wait till the occasion arises. I rummaged around in the support knowledge base but didn't find the info there.
(Could also use basic info, like how to dial country code + number.)

International dialing is disabled by default. You can enable it in Membertools: https://members.sonic.net/voice/ Click the phone number you want to enable International dialing for and go to Settings > Calls > Call Blocking and uncheck the box next to International. Hit Apply on the bottom and you are good to go.

Here's a link to our International pricing page: https://sonic.com/fusion-global-calling-rates

You can enter any number you want to call on that page and it should tell you how much it will cost. France landlines are free as part of our global calling.
