Block calls (or send to VM) during defined windows

Is it possible to block all calls (or immediately direct to voicemail) between certain hours? I've poked around the Comm Portal, and there seem to be all sorts of options, but it is not apparent if it is possible to do this. I don't want any calls on my landline during the evening--for any real emergencies, important people know my cell #.

I have Sonic FTTN service with the VOIP phone line.
