Sonic Mobile Communicator ringing all phones

I have set up Sonic Mobile Communicator on 2 cellphones and set both devices and account phone to "Ring Account Phone". However initially all 3 phones rang. After talking to Sonic Tech and the Tech toggling some setting only 1 cellphone rings along with the account phone. The other cellphone does not ring.

Anyone have any suggestions?
