Hello,
I ordered Fusion FTTN and yesterday my was my installation and i wend pretty well. Today i received the phone adapter and a wire in my mailbox but i didn't get any phone so i was wondering if i have buy a new phone or i m missing it from the mail. And if i have get it on my own the any phone would work or there is a particular phone and one more thing from that phone will i be able to make calls to Canada and india for no extra cost or there is any extra cost and how much it would be?
Thanks

We do not ship out a phone, just the analog phone adapter. If you already have an analog phone you can just plug it into the adapter and it will work. If not you'll want to buy one, the only requirements being that it needs to be an analog phone (as opposed to a VoIP phone). International calling is disabled by default but you can enabled it via Member Tools (instructions to do that can be found here: https://wiki.sonic.net/wiki/International_Calling).

International calling rates vary from region to region and phone number to phone number. You can check if the specific phone number you'll be dialing is free or not on our website - https://www.sonic.com/fusion-global-calling-rates
