Group Mailboxes?

Hi, I searched the forum and didn't see any topics discussing this.

The settings panel for the voice product includes a tab for "Group Mailboxes". The help system tells you all about setting it up, but it begins with clicking on "New Mailbox". That option is grayed-out for me, so I can't even click on it to get started. What's the story here?

Group Mailbox is a section that isn't intended for residential services. It's an enterprise level feature https://wiki.sonic.net/wiki/Commportal#Settings.

OK, I understand, thx. BTW, it might make sense to clarify this, at least in the helpfile if not in the interface!
