"Device not working" (my "landline" via Sonic)

I get that vocal error message rather than a dial tone.

I have tried powering down and then back up, and I have pushed the ATA reset button, as Sonic support suggested by email. Neither worked.

Any suggestions, please? Much appreciated.HOLLYFASTvscrittore
