No messages in Mobile Communicator

Having a weird problem with the Mobile Communicator app. Since the switch to fiber, I've lost the "messages" option in the menu. All other aspects of the app work, and I can still view my messages by logging into member tools. I'd really like this feature back, however, as it makes it easy and quick to listen to and delete voicemails from my mobile phone. I've been in touch with tech support about this, but they don't have any solutions. I've tried deleting/reinstalling the app from my phone with no luck as well.

Downloaded that one with the same issue.

I'm noticing the exact same issue and feel the same way as Mrsbacon with regards to the value of this feature. I even tried installing the Accession Communicator app and "Messages" isn't included in it either. However, a menu item of "Meetings" is listed which I think is wrong also since you do not provide that service. I've already spoken to someone in tech support about this and would like to be kept up to date as to when this feature can be restored. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue. No messages option in Mobile communicator since switch to Fiber (July 2018).

On Iphone X (ISO 11.4.1) . I've tried toggling a bunch of options in web interface, install/uninstalling, changing password.
My wife has the same issue on her I phone 7.

Mobile Communicator Version 2.24.13 (build 007)

Other random things:
I have 2 numbers listed in web interface even though I only use one number.
Wondering if the order I did things, enabling voicemail prior to setting a voice password affected it? Have tried enabling/disabling since.
