ATA Return?

I'm thinking about making the switch to Sonic but I would like to ask a few questions before.

I'm looking at getting the Fusion FTTN X2 plan (50Mbps) but see that there are two fees for equipment. I own my own router and have no desire to get a landline. Is it possible to return (or better yet, not even have them sent) both the Modem and ATA so I don't have to pay the fees?

Sorry! The equipment rental for FTTN services are a mandatory part of the bundle.
