We just switched our business AT&T telephone service to Sonic yesterday.... two lines, Fusion with DSL internet.
HOWEVER, we are forced to keep one additional phone line with AT&T to receive 800 number incoming calls.
We advertise using an 800 number. So, I assume Sonic does not do any business with firms with toll free incoming.
QUESTION: Does anyone have an idea how to be able to accept 800 calls through a middleman and then direct them to Sonic?
I want to be careful to not lose ownership of the 800 numbers do to an error, etc.

Thanks,
Warren Weagant

Sonic does offer toll-free "800" service to our enterprise customers, email corp-sales@sonic.com if you'd like to inquire about this service.

800 numbers can also be hosted by the carrier of your choice, who will then point the number toward your local Sonic-supplied local number. You don't have to keep the same carrier for both, there's flexibility with this, so you can shop for the best service and rate.
