Nomorobo false positives

I've recently become aware of legitimate calls that are being blocked by Nomorobo.
One set of numbers in particular are from WebEx.
I have my WebEx profile set up to call me for meetings. That worked fine until recently, and then it stopped working.
I finally realized that it was Sonic that was blocking them.
I've temporarily switched to having WebEx call my cell number, and have had no problem.
Sonic, however, blocks the calls.
This really isn't acceptable.... Why doesn't Nomorobo have a white list of legitimate callers like WebEx?
WebEx calls originate from many different numbers, so just excluding a single number isn't sufficient.
This should not take an individual like myself raising the issue.
How do we get it resolved?

Could this be related to the WebEx security hole that's recently been in the news?
