Hey! I have a high speed business connection at my business plus a business Voip service with a Voip phone. Everything is working fine except while using Skype. The voice breaks frequently and video is also not smooth. What can be the issue? If Internet connection is the problem, then Voip phone also should have shown same issue, right? Can anyone help? How well is your Internet connection doing when you use Skype? Can you open browsers and surf just fine? Skype will typically use more upload bandwidth for audio and video than a standard VoIP phone, so we may be looking at upload saturation. If your Internet connection is working fine when Skype is acting weird though, then it probably doesn't have to do with your connection.myrob1 wrote:Hey!
