Sonic uses usernames, rather than account numbers to identify customers.
(There is a "Sonacc ID" number, but it's not used in customer interactions. Circuits also have an "STI", Sonic Telecom ID number, which is also not something a customer needs to know.

I am in a similar situation as I need an account/pin to port my number from sonic to a wireless carrier. You mentioned here an STI (Telecom ID) number. Is there a way to find out the number associated with my account which would help with the port?

It's on your bill, but as Dane noted, it's not of use for porting.
