Voicemail help

So I'm a little new to the whole Fusion service, I currently own a Vtech Dect 6.0 phone that has it's own voicemail service, however I want to set up the voicemail through sonic so I can have it forward to my email/iphone, however I'm having problems, I've set up both email/text through the sonic members tool, however when I call my phone and leave a voicemail to test things out, the voicemails aren't being forward to my sms/email, any advice?

Have you deactivated the answering machine on your phone? If it's picking up before the Fusion voicemail, that could be causing your issue.

If that's not it, I'd recommend giving Support a call so we can check your settings.
