Can not hear caller

I am on Fusion.
I have received some calls from friends cell phone where I cannot hear anything so hang up but they later say they heard me clearly. I am not sure if its only one party or more but they say they only have problem with me.
Anyone else experenced this?

You would need to talk to support about this, they will want date, time, calling number, etc - just ring them immediately on 611 next time it happens.

I will contact 611 next "if any" failure.
